David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Specialist in Greenwood, IN. The role focuses on completing fittings and alterations to high standards, delivering five-star customer service, and maintaining an organized alterations area.

You will work with stylists to ensure perfect gown fit and offer customization options. Responsibilities include managing alterations, solving customer needs, and upholding store standards while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required; bridal or special occasion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with alterations appointments.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and pressing to standards.
• Ensure quality control and inspect garments before delivery to customer.
• Support stylists in gown fittings and customization discussions.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and follow Dress Code Policy.
