M H Masonry Associates Inc, one of the largest masonry subcontractors on the East Coast, is seeking experienced Brick & Block Masons to join our elite field teams. This hands-on role supports high-value commercial, industrial, and government projects across Virginia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on masonry experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of CMU, face brick and related masonry materials.
• Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to regional Virginia job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, CMU, and stone on large-scale projects.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs for layout and execution.
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout per standards.
• Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing per design requirements.
• Operate masonry tools safely to meet daily production goals.
• Collaborate with foremen and crew to ensure quality and schedule.
