Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on masonry experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of CMU, face brick and related masonry materials.
• Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to regional Virginia job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, CMU, and stone on large-scale projects.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs for layout and execution.
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout per standards.
• Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing per design requirements.
• Operate masonry tools safely to meet daily production goals.
• Collaborate with foremen and crew to ensure quality and schedule.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards
• Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements
• Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial brick and block masonry
• Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials
• Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia
