Certification and Required Training
NJDOE requires that a Work-Based Learning Coordinator:
Required training includes:
Online Synchronous Training (November 11th or November 18th)
All required training must be completed between September 25 and November 20, 2026.
Compensation for Required Training
The district will fund the $880 registration cost for the required training for each individual selected.
Selected candidates will also receive compensation for completing the 38-42 hours of asynchronous training, at the contractual non-instructional rate of $36 per hour.
