Responsibilities

• Maintains hospitality and operational standards during shifts.
• Leads pre-shift meetings and communicates expectations clearly.
• Trains crew members on daily responsibilities and standards.
• Assists with hiring and onboarding of crew members.
• Supports safety, compliance, and audit processes.
• Manages payroll and labor documentation with GM oversight.
