Karl Strauss Brewing Company in San Diego is seeking a Brewpub Manager to support daily brewpub operations under the guidance of the General Manager and Senior Brewpub Manager. The role focuses on execution, crew development, and maintaining standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will lead staffing, training, shift execution, and guest service, while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressive brewpub management in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Toast POS and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops BP Crew Members on daily responsibilities and standards.
• Leads pre-shift meetings and ensures clear communication of expectations.
• Provides real-time coaching, redirection, and feedback to team members.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding of BP Crew Members.
• Supports performance feedback conversations.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards at the brewpub.
