• Wamiliar with shift changes, daily tasks, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and confirm drink orders; input orders accurately into the POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes; maintain drink quality.
• Move with urgency to serve customers promptly.
• Build personal connections with customers with warm, friendly behavior.
• Know the menu inside out; offer recommendations when appropriate.
• Represent the brand with a positive attitude and appearance.
