Job summary

Southern Brew dba 7 Brew in Sevierville, TN is hiring Brewistas to craft drinks, ring up orders, and provide exceptional customer experiences on a fast-paced shift. As a Brewista, you will prepare beverages, stock, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering warm, uplifting interactions with every guest.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time.
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Can stand comfortably for hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Take and confirm drink orders, inputting correctly into the POS system.
• Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency, on the customer’s time.
• Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift.
• Build personal connections with customers daily through genuine interactions and friendly demeanor.
• Know the menu and offer recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain shift checklists and weekly chores as needed.
• Keep the area clean and stocked, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
