Job summary

7Crew Enterprises is seeking Brewistas to join our Brew Crew and deliver a friendly, efficient coffee experience. You will greet customers, confirm orders, and prepare drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming stand environment.

Reporting to the stand manager, Brewistas must be able to handle cash, operate the POS system, and upsell beverage options. The role requires standing for long periods and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for short periods.
• Ability to handle hot beverages and dairy products safely.
• Willing to work outdoors for extended periods and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Can converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and key them into the POS accurately.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes with attention to quality and speed.
• Move with urgency to meet the customer's time expectations.
• Stay productive and proactive during shifts, even when business slows.
• Make personal connections with customers through warm interactions and friendly body language.
• Know the menu and offer suggestions to help customers get their desired drink.
• Wear appropriate attire and be ready for shift duties and weekly chores.
• Clock in on time and be ready at the assigned position.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace following sanitation regulations.
