Job summary

7Crew Enterprises Brewistas are the face of our coffee experience, reporting to their stand manager. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and handle premixes with care while delivering genuine, uplifting interactions with customers and teammates.

In this role, you will learn the menu, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a clean, safe stand. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is required for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time.
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can stand comfortably for hours at a time.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly enter orders into the POS.
• Collect payments and count back change accurately.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency and serve customers promptly.
• Build personal connections with customers through friendly interactions and smiles.
• Know the menu and offer suggestions to ensure orders align with customer desires.
• Report to stand manager and comply with shift duties and sanitation standards.
