The Brewista builds personal connections with customers, offers menu suggestions, and stays productive throughout shifts while adhering to sanitation standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to create genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for short durations.
• Comfortable handling hot liquids, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Able to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving quickly with urgency.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and confirm drink orders and enter into POS accurately.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes as ordered.
• Engage customers with warmth, smiles and positive body language.
