Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manually batch dry and liquid ingredients.
• Operate pumps, valves, and sequences.
• Perform basic laboratory testing and data recording.
• Load and unload tanker trucks and complete required paperwork per FDA regulations.
• Perform tank and line cleanings using a CIP system.
• General cleaning following a master sanitation schedule with chemicals and pressure hoses.
• Troubleshoot systems and procedures as needed.
• Follow all good manufacturing practices and HACCP guidelines.
• Safely perform all tasks; wear all required PPE.
• Upon qualification, train incoming operators.
• Forklift operation for materials.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Perform additional responsibilities and other tasks as assigned.

Job Summary

City Brewery has immediate opening for a brewing associate. This position is responsible for operating various manual and automated manufacturing equipment within the Brewing Department. You will be responsible for doing so safely and efficiently while ensuring consistent quality is delivered for our customers. This position will work closely with fellow operations from team members, electro-mechanics, and electricians.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manually batch dry and liquid ingredients.
• Operation of pumps, valves, and sequences.
• Performance of basic laboratory testing and data recording.
• Loading and unloading of tanker trucks and completion of necessary paperwork in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Perform tank and line cleanings using a CIP system.
