Job summary

The Utilities Process Operator at Anheuser-Busch is responsible for safe and efficient operation of brewery-wide utility systems, including steam generation, CO2, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, HVAC and dehumidification, compressed air, and water treatment. The role requires adherence to safety standards and SOPs, with opportunities to monitor performance and optimize systems.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and may pursue a Class 1 Stationary Engineer license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Class 1 Stationary Engineer license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with automated process control systems is desired.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance software and Excel is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain brewery utilities systems including steam, CO2, ammonia, glycol refrigeration, HVAC, and water treatment.
• Adhere to OSHA, Lockout-Tagout, and SOPs; ensure clean, safe shift operations.
• Monitor and analyze process data; troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
• Document shift activities and respond to requests from other departments.
