Qualifications

• Ability to engage in physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including nights and holidays.
• Prior production or warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards as a top priority.
• Perform process quality control checks on production.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Load supplies into machinery and record process data.
• Perform minor maintenance and industrial cleaning.

Skills

Physical ability to perform manual labor

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Mechanical aptitude

Continuous improvement experience

Knowledge of beer/alcohol industry

Education

High School Diploma or GED
