Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Chico, California, seeks a Plant Utilities Tech 2 to support wastewater treatment, CIP, chemical inventory, and boiler/HRU operations across the brewery. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant utilities to meet SNBC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with CIP monitoring and troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience in a brewery or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and documentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wastewater treatment and water analysis activities.
• Manage chemical delivery systems and inventory.
• Conduct CIP audits and follow-ups; address CIP issues.
• Perform boiler/HRU checks and water testing.
• Assist with cooling towers, tank tops, and routine repairs.
