Job summary

This position is responsible for a developed ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery. The successful candidate will work on our second shift, Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm. Starting Hourly Range: $25.00 - $28.50.

Night differential of $6.00/hr 6pm-6am. Bell’s and New Belgium offers comprehensive benefits after one month, including insurance, 401k, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• On-call mechanical program participation.
• Solid electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, welding abilities.
• Experience with Lathes, Drill press and other specialized mechanical tools.
• Reading and interpreting P&ID’s and construction drawings.
• LOTO, OSHA 10/30 certifications.
• Confined space trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Performing the required maintenance on specific pieces of equipment.
• Lead efforts to maintain specific pieces of equipment and identify critical spare parts.
• Safely lock out all brewery equipment as required.
• Communicate and acquire downtime for maintenance.
• Assists with making annual maintenance budgets for specific areas.
• Develops maintenance requirements and training checklists.
• Other duties as assigned.
