Job summary

ANHEUSER-BUSCH is offering a 10-week University Programs internship across our Brewery and Manufacturing Operations. You will gain in-depth exposure to brewery and/or manufacturing operations and work on projects across brewing, packaging, technical operations, or corporate initiatives.

The program emphasizes learning by doing and cross-location experience. We seek curious, ambitious students ready to explore different locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Engineering or Science background preferred, but all majors accepted.
• Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. for this internship.
• Breweries operate 24/7; must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business need.
• Ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand long periods, and work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
• Demonstrated leadership in prior work or extracurricular activities.
• Self-motivated to drive results and deliver beyond expectations.
• Collaborative, active listener, and inclusive mindset.
• Embraces ambiguity and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Questions the status quo and willingness to take calculated risks.
• Sponsorship not offered for visa holders.

Responsibilities

• Lead with humility and drive top performance in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Tackle projects that improve processes and report deliverables to senior leaders.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques within project scope.
• Shift work may be required to understand full project scope.
• Train and gain deep understanding of project focus.
• Build relationships with operators and technicians for project support.
• Develop skills and leadership potential for long-term growth.
• Present final project results to Supply leadership after internship.
