Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Brewery Co-Op participant to fast-track future leaders in our brewery operations. You will gain exposure to multiple functions—from brewing to logistics—and work on projects that drive process improvements across 12 locations.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration with operators and technicians, and rotation across functions. Current university students or recent graduates with a 3.0+ GPA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.0+).
• Open to multiple functions/locations across the U.S. during the 6-month Co‑op.
• Willingness to work alternating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Step into a full-time role and complete assigned projects
• Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques to project work
• Report deliverables and progress to Zone leadership
• Build relationships with operators and technicians to aid projects
• Demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills in a fast-paced production setting
• Present final project outcomes to senior leadership after co-op completes
