Qualifications

• Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Engineering or Science background preferred, but all majors accepted.
• Willing to experience different functions and locations across the U.S.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Able to walk elevated catwalks, stand long periods, and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead with humility and drive top performance in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
• Complete assigned project(s) resulting in process improvement and report to senior leaders.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques to project tasks.
• Shift work may be required to understand full project scope.
• Train and gain understanding of your project focus.
• Build relationships with operators and technicians.
• Development opportunities to boost skills and leadership potential.
• Present final project results to Supply leadership team.
