Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Jacksonville, FL seeks Maintenance Technicians to improve equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing setting. You will work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and support maintenance.

You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, maintain 480-volt systems, and work with PLCs and drives. The role requires reading schematics, SOP adherence, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or a 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team work.
• Knowledge/experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibration.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (ControlLogix, PLC5, PCS7 preferred).
• Ability to read electrical schematics; adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and support maintenance.
• Maintain machinery, meet 480-volt, 3 phase system requirements, minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment including gearboxes and bearings.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and variable speed drive systems.
• Perform mechanical work like bearing/chain replacements and pump maintenance.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals; follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Use SAP to document maintenance actions and parts issued.
