Job summary

Long Trail Brewing Co. is seeking enthusiastic servers and bartenders to join our front-of-house team in Windsor, VT. This part-time role offers opportunities to pour beer, recommend menu items, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively brewery setting.

We look for friendly, reliable individuals with strong communication and a team mindset. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required; must be 18+, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas.
• Process payments using POS systems.
• Assist with event service and large parties as needed.
• Uphold all safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
