Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is offering Co-Op positions across multiple U.S. locations, including New Windsor, NY and other brewery-related sites. The program fast-tracks future leaders through varied roles in brewing, packaging, logistics, and more.

Co-Op participants gain hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Shifts include nights and weekends; housing/travel stipends help eligibility-based relocation.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate with GPA 3.0+.
• Majors in Engineering, Science or Environmental/Safety welcome but all majors accepted.
• Willing to relocate across the U.S. for the 6-month Co-Op.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk elevated catwalks and stairs, and stand for long periods.
• Able to leverage data to provide effective solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• No visa sponsorship for F-1 or Green Card applications.

Responsibilities

• As a Co-Op you will step into the shoes of a full-time role at the brewery or MCC.
• You will be assigned project(s) that will result in process improvement and be responsible for reporting out on deliverables.
• Use Lean Manufacturing techniques to accomplish tasks within project scope.
• Shift work may be required to understand the full scope of the project.
• Bring your authentic self to work every day, lead with humility and drive top performance in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
• Build relationships with operators and technicians in respective areas for aid in projects.
• Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership potential.
• Upon successful completion of the co-op, you will present your final project(s) and results to Zone senior leadership.
