Job summary

The Brewer will be responsible for all brewing practices, daily beer production, inventory management, dry hopping, barrel aging, filtration and transferring of beer, plus cleaning and maintenance of the brewing facility and equipment. The Brewer is expected to work autonomously and with the Brewhouse team.

New Holland Brewing Company is seeking a full-time, third-shift Brewer, with a $2.00/hour premium for shifts 6pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Brewing knowledge and quality control practices.
• 1-2 years brewing experience is preferred.
• Understanding of GMP and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily brewing operations and ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate brewing records and data in Orchestrated Beer.
• Follow CIP, COP and sanitize tanks and parts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the brewery.
• Transfer beer between locations and barrels; monitor inventory.
• Troubleshoot brewing equipment as needed.
