The Brewery Operator at New Holland Brewing Company executes day-to-day brewing and cellar activities, including wort production, transfers, dry hopping, barrel movements, filtration, CIP/COP, sanitation, and accurate batch/quality documentation.
This role partners with QA/QC and Packaging to hit schedule, yield, and quality targets while upholding safety standards and GMP practices in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Night/weekend availability preferred.
