You will execute the full brewing process from milling to fermentation, perform CIP, manage cellar tasks, collect data on key metrics, and uphold quality standards. The role requires prior brewing experience and a degree related to brewing; shifts include mornings, afternoons, overnights, with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Passion for beer and interest in brewing process.
• Prior brewing experience (home or commercial).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; brewing coursework or diplomas considered.
• High energy level and attention to detail.
• Team player, able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Forklift operation ability (training after hire).
• Ability to lift 55 lb grain bags and handle heavy hoses.

Responsibilities

• Operate the complete brewing process from milling to fermentation and filtration per SOPs.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety protocols; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform CIP of brewing vessels, tanks, lines, fermenters, centrifuge, filter.
• Assemble and disassemble process lines and loops.
• Prepare and utilize chemicals safely.
• Manage cellar including yeast pitching and daily fermentation tracking.
• Uphold and advance quality standards; collect brewing metrics.
• Complete all checklists accurately.
• Work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnights; occasional Saturday work.
• Promote and protect the Saint Arnold brand.
