Job summary

Bretton AI in San Francisco is hiring a senior product/full-stack engineer to drive end-to-end features for financial crime compliance tools. You’ll craft agentic workflows for AML, sanctions, and KYC with human oversight, and build case management and analytics UIs.

The role requires strong ownership, 5+ years in product or full-stack engineering, and a hands-on approach with TypeScript, Python, and React.

Comp: $200K-$270K + competitive equity. Location: Hybrid, 4 days in-office downtown SF. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B); full sponsorship case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Own substantial product features end to end, from customer discovery to production and iteration

• Build agentic workflows automating AML, sanctions and KYC reviews with humans in the loop

• Develop case management, reporting, analytics and workflow configuration UIs

• Work directly with enterprise compliance customers

• Ship production full-stack code (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React)
