The part-time, on-site position requires ARDMS registration and 2+ years of breast imaging experience to support radiologists.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registered sonographer with active credentials preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Breast Sonographer.
• Advanced Breast registry or eligibility in process within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient in PACS and RIS systems; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams and ensure transducer captures images accurately.
• Explain procedures to patients to create a comfortable experience.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and sterile the room.
• Evaluate image quality and provide preliminary findings.
• Present images to physicians and healthcare team; document findings.
