Job summary

New Solutions is seeking an experienced Breast Sonographer to join our breast imaging team. You will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and ensure diagnostic accuracy while explaining procedures and providing compassionate patient care.

Collaborating with Mammographers and Radiologists, you will review prior imaging, document findings in EMR/PACS/RIS, and maintain thorough patient records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARDMS RDMS certification is required for this role.
• Minimum of two years of breast ultrasound experience.
• Experience with ob/gyn ultrasound is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of breast anatomy, physiology, imaging physics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams with optimal image acquisition.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide compassionate care.
• Review prior imaging studies to ensure comprehensive evaluation.
• Collaborate with Mammographers and Radiologists for diagnostic information.
• Document examinations and maintain patient records in EMR/PACS/RIS.
