Qualifications

• RDMS certification is required; CPR and RDCS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in breast sonography or related fields preferred.
• Education equivalent to an Associate degree or trade school training.

• Perform imaging exams independently, including portable and on-call studies.
• Ensure proper documentation and quality of imaging procedures.

Job description

The Full-Time Breast Sonographer (RDMS) performs ultrasound imaging, including breast, abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness, documenting procedures accurately, and performing studies independently across various settings. The role involves assisting with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• RDMS or equivalent certification is required; cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and RDCS or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in breast sonography, mammography, ultrasound, or related fields is highly desirable, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Education equivalent to an Associate degree or trade school training.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
