Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Medicine required.
• Board certification or eligibility in specialty preferred.
• CPR, BLS, ACLS certifications as required by department.
• Demonstrated ability to promote professionalism and participate in teaching, research, or professional activities.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to patient population and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records for allergies, medications, and history.
• Conduct patient interviews and obtain comprehensive histories.
• Examine patients for symptoms and physical information.
• Order and analyze tests and imaging to assess condition.
• Diagnose conditions based on exam and test results.
• Prescribe and administer treatments, medications, and dosing.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Document visits including history, exam, diagnoses, and plan.
