Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in nursing or PA program.
• Active Ohio APRN or PA license with prescriptive authority.
• Board Certification in nursing specialty.
• Minimum three years nursing experience or one year PA clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and record data in the medical record.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for care transitions.
• Train new personnel and supervise learners as needed.
• Provide outpatient, continuity of care in Breast Surgery.
