Job summary

Aria Health Physician Services is seeking an advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner/PA) for the ambulatory Breast Surgery practice in Philadelphia. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

The APP will perform histories and exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized plans of care following evidence-based guidelines and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive care in the ambulatory Breast Surgery practice in collaboration with an interdisciplinary health care team.
• Performs complete history and physicals and documents in the medical record.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests and manages acute and complex chronic conditions as appropriate.
• Develops and documents plan of care using evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
