Mass General Brigham seeks an exceptional academic surgeon to serve as Division Chief of Breast Surgery. The role reports to the Surgeon-in-Chief and oversees leadership for the Breast Surgery program across MGB clinical locations.

The candidate will lead clinical, academic, and administrative efforts, drive innovation in practice and research, and hold academic appointments at affiliated hospitals and Harvard Medical School. Boston-based, onsite.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Surgery.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility.
• Proven leadership in breast surgical care and academic medicine.
• Track record in program growth, research, and education.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, clinical, academic, and administrative leadership for the Breast Surgery program.
• Lead planning, development, implementation, and growth across all MGB locations.
• Advance clinical practice, research, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Recruit and mentor faculty, build consensus, and drive program quality.
