Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute seeks an exceptional academic surgeon to serve as Division Chief of Breast Surgery. The role includes strategic clinical leadership, program development across MGB sites, and advancing research, education, and quality initiatives.

The appointed leader will guide a comprehensive, evidence-based breast surgery program, reporting to the Cancer Institute Surgeon-in-Chief and collaborating with Harvard Medical School.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent required; board certification in Surgery is preferred.
• Extensive experience and technical excellence in breast surgery.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, mentoring, and program growth track record.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, clinical, academic, and administrative leadership for the Breast Surgery program across MGB locations.
• Set vision and direction for the breast surgery service and drive growth and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Advance clinical practice, research, education, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Foster Faculty development and coordinate with Harvard Medical School appointments and affiliates.
