Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an exceptional academic surgeon to serve as Division Chief of Breast Surgery. The Chief will provide strategic, clinical, academic, and administrative leadership for the breast surgery program across all MGB locations, reporting to the Cancer Institute Surgeon-in-Chief and the Surgery Chair.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent degree and board certification in Surgery.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Extensive experience and technical excellence in breast surgery.
• Distinguished record in clinical, academic, and research achievement with funding/publications.
• Leadership in faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, academic, and administrative leadership for the Breast Surgery program across all MGB locations.
• Establish vision and direction, oversee growth, and drive innovation in practice, research, and education.
• Collaborate with affiliates and hold or develop HMS appointments as appropriate.
