• Establish vision and direction, drive growth, distinction, and success of breast surgery services.
• Plan, develop, implement, scale, and manage breast surgical services delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Foster innovation, education, research, quality improvement, faculty development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
