Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake in Phoenix, AZ seeks a highly skilled Breast Surgeon to join a physician-owned private practice in the East Valley (Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler area). The position focuses on delivering exceptional breast surgery care with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include performing lumpectomies, mastectomies, reconstructions, coordinating with oncologists and radiologists, educating patients, and maintaining medical records.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery; new fellowship graduates welcome.
• BC/BE in General Surgery.
• Eligible for Arizona Medical License.
• Excellent surgical skills and patient safety focus.
• Effective communication and teamwork in healthcare.
• Compassion and empathy in patient care.
• Visa assistance may be available.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgeries including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructions.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies).
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists and pathologists on treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options, risks, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Stay updated on breast surgery techniques and technologies.

Qualifications
