Job summary

A physician-owned breast surgery practice in the East Valley of Phoenix seeks a highly skilled Breast Surgeon to join our team in the Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler area.

You will perform lumpectomies, mastectomies, reconstruction, and collaborate with oncologists and radiation oncologists in the office environment. Competitive salary, relocation, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery required or new graduates welcome.
• BC/BE in General Surgery.
• Eligible for Arizona Medical License.
• Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Visa assistance may be available for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, breast reconstruction, and related surgeries.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, risks and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in breast surgery techniques and technologies.
