Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgeries including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstruction.
• Evaluate patients through medical history reviews and exams.
• Order/interpret mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists.
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest breast surgery techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, risks, and benefits
