Responsibilities
- Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructions
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical history reviews
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies)
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists to plan treatment
- Provide patient education on treatment options, risks and benefits
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Stay updated with latest breast surgery techniques and technologies
