• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, laws and regulations, market conditions, and payer landscape.
• Demonstrate understanding of current clinical pathways and how they influence patient treatment.
• Analyze customer needs and territory performance; develop plans to optimize product potential.
• Maintain expert understanding of disease states, brands, and competitor products.
• Complete all assigned training and communicate with District Manager.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; discuss issues and opportunities.
• Meet administrative expectations including budgets, reporting, and calls.
