Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership or supervisory experience in imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implements, and maintains imaging work processes and standards.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and coverage; oversee PTO and leave policies.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure registrations and certifications are current.
• Collaborate with management to develop goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the department.
