Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Breast Imaging at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple to lead the Mammography department. You will plan, organize, and improve imaging services, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with the system's mission and goals.

The role requires 2+ years in mammography with accreditation knowledge, ARRT credentials or RN licensure, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience with accreditation knowledge.
• ARRT-M and ARRT-R certifications or RN licensure as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and improves Breast Imaging department processes and operations.
• Leads staff training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation bodies.
• Collaborates with physicians and other departments to meet goals.
