Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Medical Imaging Manager for the Hill Breast Center. You will oversee breast imaging operations across the department, manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality initiatives while collaborating with radiologists and system leaders.

This role is non-patient facing, focusing on leading a high-performing team of Mammography Technologists, Ultrasound Technologists, and staff, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and involvement in equipment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospital or outpatient imaging setting.
• Budgeting and operational management experience.
• Strong customer service and employee engagement skills.
• Breast imaging experience required.
• Experience collaborating with radiologists and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the breast imaging department.
• Lead staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll approvals and attendance.
• Support development and maintenance of departmental budgets.
• Recruitment, retention, mentoring and performance management of ~48 direct reports.
• Address imaging workflow and image processing concerns; escalate when needed.
• Support quality assurance and quality control across breast imaging equipment.
