Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Supervisor for Diagnostic Radiology in Grapevine, TX. This full‑time role requires 3 years of hospital X-ray/Radiology experience and 2 years of supervisory experience. The supervisor will lead imaging services, mentor staff, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high‑quality patient care.

The position includes on‑call duties every 6 weeks and a Monday‑Friday schedule with 7am‑3:30pm shifts, reflecting a leadership role in a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hospital X-ray/Radiology experience; 2 years in a supervisory role.
• ARRT and related radiology certifications required and listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery and quality of imaging services; ensures timely, accurate, and cost‑effective exams.
• Schedules staff and resources to meet workload needs.
• Trains staff and conducts performance evaluations; ensures registrations and certifications are current.
• Develops budgets and monitors equipment needs; supports department growth.
• Interfaces with physicians and other departments to exchange information and implement solutions.
