Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services Specialist to deliver applications for the entire BSH Imaging portfolio.

You will leverage customer relationships to drive adoption and implementation of technologies, staying current with ARRT/Certification requirements and supporting corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include post-sales application support, training customers on new products, and providing competitive intelligence to internal teams and marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with medical staff, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in complex procedures.
• Ability to build stable working relationships with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales application support of Hologic imaging/interventional products.
• Provide pre & post application support of Hologic imaging/interventional products after year 1.
• Provide competitive information/new product information to internal teams.
• Provide competitive market information to corporate marketing.
• Maintain full understanding of all Hologic breast health products and accessories.
