Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a high-performing medical technology sales professional to exceed forecasts across capital equipment, consumables and service lines. You will present the value proposition to surgeons and administrators, and build trusted advisor relationships in operating rooms, pathology labs, and breast centers.

You will develop and manage strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through effective territory management and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment or medical instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for all products, including capital equipment, Consumables and Service lines.
• Develop sales plans, perform gap analyses, and create marketing and educational plans.
• Present and sell Hologic value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze activity and provide accurate forecasts.
