Responsibilities

• Oversee daily access operations for Breast Medical Oncology and Breast Surgery scheduling.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to access staff.
• Coordinate with call center leadership to optimize workflow and communication.
• Monitor access metrics (no-shows, third-next-available, utilization) and implement improvements.
• Ensure appropriate use of appointment slots and manage overbooks to minimize patient impact.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; onboard and train new team members.
• Standardize workflows, protocols, and service expectations.
• Serve as a resource for outpatient scheduling requirements and procedures.
