Job summary

TOPS Comprehensive Breast Center, based out of the Red Oak Breast Center location, seeks a Breast Center Scheduler to support scheduling across four centers. You will maintain the surgery schedule under the Business Office Manager, coordinating with doctors' offices and OR staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Weekdays only, no holidays or weekends; competitive salary and benefits are offered. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospital clerical experience or medical terminology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily surgery schedule and scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices and Operating Room staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Provide high level of customer service in scheduling and related activities.
• Work weekdays only with no holidays or weekends.

Supports all 4 TOPS Comprehensive Breast Centers, but will be based out of the Red Oak Breast Center location.

TOPS Comprehensive Breast Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Breast Center Support Specialist to join our esteemed team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors'' offices and Operating Room Staff.

Position requires weekdays only --no holidays or weekends. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
