Waiv, a leading AI-based SaMD company, seeks a Director of Clinical & Scientific Strategy in Precision Oncology to lead evidence generation, clinical deployment, and medical communications for a breast cancer prognostic solution. You will coordinate with the Medical Affairs leadership and interface with oncology stakeholders globally.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advisory boards, and external scientific engagement to drive clinical credibility and adoption of Waiv’s tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biomedical discipline (MD, PharmD or PhD).
• Deep expertise in breast cancer biology and clinical practice.
• Strong command of prognostic and predictive biomarker methodology.
• Experience with biostatistics, survival analysis, and biomarker validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end medical strategy for the breast cancer AI-based prognostic solution.
• Translate clinical data into rigorous medical communications for internal/external audiences.
• Evaluate trends to inform product positioning and lifecycle management.
• Co-develop clinical evidence programs and publication plans.
• Build and maintain high-value KOL relationships in NA and Europe.
